Route is an AI Package Tracking Platform, the Route App automatically connects to everything you’ve ordered from all your favorite retailers while allowing you to visually track your packages, anytime, anywhere.

Route allows merchants bridge the gap between submit and receive order, giving your customers peace of mind and an increase in brand loyalty to your store.

Route was co-founded in 2014 by Evan Walker. The company is headquartered in Lehi, Utah, with an office in Santa Monica, California.

Route offers retailers an end-to-end post-purchase experience. Using the Route App, users can visually track and protect online orders as well as resolve issues. Route also helps businesses market additional products to customers who’ve bought from them before and provides built-in shipping insurance.

Route’s RouteBot technology compiles online purchases and tracking information in one place giving merchants and customers the ability to know where packages are in the delivery pipeline.

Route has signed up more than 11,000 merchants, most of them small businesses, and tracked more than 175 million packages for shoppers. Route collects transaction fees from merchants each time a customer buys a product marketed through its software.

Route is backed by Eldridge, Madrona Venture Group, Peak Venture Capital, Riot Ventures, FJ Labs, Album VC, Jaws Capital, and others. The company raised $200M in Series B round on Jan 20, 2022.
